Free Shipping on All Orders

mazhuan365 offers free standard shipping on all home product orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are processed the same business day
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST are processed the next business day
Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Some large or heavy home products may have additional shipping considerations:

Oversized items may require signature upon delivery
Delivery appointments may be required for large furniture items
Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times

6. Missing or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate

7. Shipping Address Changes

You may request a shipping address change before your order has shipped by contacting our customer service team at info@mazhuan365.shop. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
