3. Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team via email to initiate your return request.
2. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
3. Package your items securely and attach the return label to the outside of the package.
4. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location.
5. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain home products such as personal care items, bedding with removed packaging, and custom-made items are non-returnable. Please contact us for clarification before purchase.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund once it has been issued.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
